Booking a stay with breakfast and half board: Overnight stay with breakfast and a 4-course meal with your choice of courses in the evening Full board: Overnight stay with breakfast, lunch (3-course meal) and dinner (3-course meal).
The meals at lunch and dinner are prepared with variety. You may choose from two main courses. We will be happy to consider your special wishes. Diet meals, light meals or meals for certain food intolerances can be arranged as part of half or full board if ordered in advance. For every meal that is not consumed and not cancelled in time there will be a reduction of 5.00 EUR from the half board price.

Internet is available in all the rooms (WLAN / WIFI) and in the hotel free of charge.
All of the hotel’s rooms and facilities, such as restaurant and indoor pool, are wheelchair accessible and can be reached with the elevator. The facilities in the rooms are wheelchair friendly and some rooms are equipped with wheelchair accessible showers.
Getting here by train or plane: We will pick up guests at the main train station in Freudenstadt (with advance reservation) for a charge of 15.00 EUR. Other transfers or pickups at your place of residence (in Germany) are possible upon request. We charge a fee of 0.50 EUR to 1.00 EUR per Kilometer depending on the pickup place and type of car (express limousine service is available).
A room reservation which has been confirmed by our hotel is binding for both parties (legal contract according to DEHOGA regulations). To avoid cancellation fees we suggest you take out travel cancellation insurance. The conditions can be found below and in the reservation confirmation. We cannot promise specific rooms or a room on a specific floor unless we have confirmed this in the booking.

Rooms will be made available to guests from 2:00 p.m. onwards on the day of arrival.
The rooms must be vacated and made available to the hotel by 2:00 p.m. on the date of departure.

In the case of unforeseen illness or loss of life, or unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances on the part of one of the guests, a written statement from a doctor or official office must be presented to the hotel stating that said party is unable to travel. This verifiable written statement must be presented to the hotel in writing immediately after the occurrence or first knowledge hereof, at the latest by 2:00 p.m. on the date of arrival.
